Mr. Thomas Obel<\/h2>\n

Thomas Obel is the founding partner of the firm who has practised law for 8 years. He has had extensive experience in commercial litigation, arbitration, criminal litigation and commercial conveyancing having previously worked in Raffmann Dhanji Elms and Virjee Advocates and Musyoka Wambua & Katiku Advocates, LJA Advocates, Havelock Muriuki & Raval Advocates.<\/p>\n

He has successfully handled a wide variety of matters from the Magistrates courts, the High Court and to the Court of Appeal as well as successfully closed many commercial conveyancing and intellectual property matters.<\/p>\n

Our fees is based on the Advocates (Remuneration) (Amendment) Order 2014 and the same is subjected to 16% VAT. In litigation matters, we do, as a policy, request for a deposit to be defrayed against necessary disbursements. Ultimately, a fee note would be raised itemizing the services rendered.\u00a0 A full account for the deposit is given and a credit note raised where there is a balance in favour of the client.<\/p> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n
